Manager of HRIS and People Analytics
Essential Functions
- Serve as system owner for core HR platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, select, implement, and optimize HR technologies and vendor solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data, including establishment and maintenance of audits and controls.
- Oversee configuration, business processes, integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Establish governance models for system changes, releases, and enhancements.
- Maintain compliance with employment, data privacy, and security regulations.
- Partner daily with Payroll and Timekeeping to ensure accuracy in associate pay and taxation calculations.
- Act as final internal escalation point for complex system issues and act as liaison with vendor support.
- Partner with Leadership, HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance, IT, and Operations to support operational excellence.
- Lead system and module rollout and change management efforts.
- Develop training materials and end-user enablement for people managers and HR teams.
- Establish best practices for documentation, changes management, and support models.
- Drive adoption of new tools, modules, features, and analytics.
- Lead and develop HRIS and Timekeeping analysts.
- Set team priorities and goals, manage team workload, and coach team members on HR, system, and analytical skills.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
- At least five years of HRIS, Payroll system, or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- UKG Pro suite or Workday HCM preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Thorough understanding of database construction.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
Minimum Physical Requirements

- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach.
