Manager of Hospitality

Woodland Village, located on the beautiful St. Joseph Mercy Brighton campus, is seeking a dynamic Director of Hospitality to help elevate the resident experience and lead a culture of service excellence.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the heart of our community, creating an atmosphere of warmth, connection, and outstanding customer service for residents, families, team members, and visitors. You will lead hospitality initiatives, oversee admissions and census management, strengthen community partnerships, and drive innovative programs that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a hospitality-first culture throughout the community
• Oversee the admissions process, resident onboarding, and census growth initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations
• Develop and implement creative hospitality and customer service programs
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall resident experience
• Host community events and promote Woodland Village within the local community
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, community relations, senior living, or a related field
• Strong leadership, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus
