About the Opportunity

The Manager of Grants & Operations oversees the full grant lifecycle, from application intake to award, reporting, and closeout. This role is central to maintaining effective communication with grantees and ensuring smooth grantmaking operations. The position contributes to the foundation's objectives by managing grant systems and fostering continuous process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire grant lifecycle including application intake, awards, reporting, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary contact for grantees, ensuring responsive and relationship-centered engagement.
• Maintain data integrity within grant management systems such as Smartsheet and the grants management system (GMS).
• Drive continuous improvements in grantmaking processes and systems.
• Collaborate across teams to support operational efficiencies and foundation objectives.
