Manager of Fund Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Improve operational workflows through automation, reporting tools, and data-driven insights
• Oversee third-party service providers, ensuring strong performance and issue resolution
• Support ongoing fund operations, including valuation oversight and exception management
• Collaborate across functions to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives
• Contribute to initiatives tied to growth, scalability, and operational readiness
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and trends
• Coach and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Several years of experience in fund administration or investment operations
• Understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, or similar investment products
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000
