Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, and allocation processes, including preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across multiple business segments and corporate functions.
• Manage the development, tracking, and analysis of company-wide financial and operational KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages/presentations to support executive management, including variance analysis, actionable insights, commentary, and recommendations.
• Report actual and forecasted results versus plan and prior periods.
• Manage, oversee, and maintain the integrity of the financial system (HFM - Hyperion) utilized for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with executive leadership to develop and prepare Board of Directors materials.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial support and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Proactive and driven individual with willingness to adapt in a changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required).
• At least 7 years of progressive experience within a Financial Planning and Analysis function.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Direct experience with Hyperion Essbase or another multi-dimensional reporting system.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (preferred but not required).
• Comfort working directly with executive management and Private Equity partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build intuitive financial models.
