About the role

The Manager of Enablement will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role will also oversee the development and delivery of onboarding processes to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company culture and have the necessary skills to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of onboarding processes to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company culture and have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enablement and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering training programs and onboarding processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
  • Experience with performance management systems.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, remote position.
