About the Role
A globally recognized law firm is seeking a Manager of Diversity & Inclusion to develop and implement programs that advance equity, representation, and opportunity across the organization. With a legacy rooted in civil rights and a reputation for progressive, high-impact legal work, the firm values collaboration, integrity, and inclusion. The role will be central to evolving the firm's culture, engaging stakeholders, and embedding DEI into strategic decision-making.
Who You Are
- A collaborative leader with a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of managerial experience and at least 3 years in a DEI role at a law firm or similar professional services firm
- Skilled in managing and mentoring teams, leading cross-functional projects, and building inclusive talent systems
- Proficient in tools like Power BI, Culture Amp, or similar platforms, with strong data literacy
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Able to manage multiple priorities with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do
- Lead implementation of firmwide DEI initiatives, collaborating with departments such as HR, Legal Talent, and Practice Innovation
- Supervise and support the DEI Assistant and Specialist, providing guidance and direction aligned with firm goals
- Partner with HR and Legal Talent to embed inclusion into evaluations, promotions, and career development
- Oversee design and delivery of learning programs that promote inclusive behaviors and mindsets
- Work with marketing to shape inclusive communications and elevate internal and external DEI storytelling
- Support client engagement through DEI-focused RFPs and co-branded initiatives
- Collaborate on data tracking and dashboard development to measure impact and inform strategy
- Monitor external trends and represent the firm in DEI partnerships, awards, and industry forums

- Data is used to guide decision-making and demonstrate progress
- The firm is recognized externally as a forward-thinking DEI leader
Pay
$150,000 – 175,000 annually, based on experience
