About the role

The Manager of Attorney Development and Engagement is responsible for leading and executing key components of the firm’s attorney development, performance, and engagement strategy and overall experience of the firm’s associates. This position leverages workforce insights, coaching, and strong collaborative partnerships to optimize utilization, foster engagement, and ensure inclusive development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage workforce insights to inform and execute attorney development strategies
• Collaborate with Talent teams and firm leadership to design and implement onboarding, mentoring, and coaching programs
• Facilitate and support evaluations and learning programs to enhance associate performance and career growth
• Engage with and support resource groups to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to expand professional networks and opportunities for associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal administration, human resources, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
