Pay
Expected pay for this position is $42.64 - $56.50/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
Overview
The Manager Occupational Health plans and directs the development and operation of occupational health programs and strategies in the assigned I-80 region. This role requires travel to clinics and involves managing personnel, responding to market conditions, and ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing capital, financial, and human resources; developing plans, goals, budgets, and policies aligned with Ministry strategy; and directing the delivery of quality patient care and related services. The position is responsible for implementing strategic vision and goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct the development and operation of occupational health programs and strategies.
- Manage personnel and ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee capital, financial, and human resources for the department(s).
- Develop and implement plans, goals, budgets, and policies aligned with Ministry strategy.
- Direct the delivery of quality patient care and related services.
- Implement strategic vision and goals for the assigned region.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and 4 years of leadership experience or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of leadership experience.
- Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and strong computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Occupational Health experience.
- Illinois Registered Nurse License.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
