Manager, Nursing Informatics

About the role

Provides direct leadership and oversight for the Nursing Informatics team, guiding the adoption and optimization of technologies that enhance patient, family, and clinician experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day system operations, application improvements, and routine maintenance to ensure reliable functionality across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative care environments.
• Defines project and implementation objectives, manages application configuration and stabilization, and serves as the primary liaison to Information Technology, clinical and business process champions, and subject matter experts.
• Supports clinical integration projects, develops action plans to remove project barriers, and ensures informatics solutions effectively align technology with clinical workflow, organizational goals and supports the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school
