About the role
As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. You'll work at Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican, San Martín Campus, a 147-bed facility in Las Vegas with a legacy of compassionate care spanning over 70 years, part of southern Nevada's only not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system guided by the Adrian Dominican Sisters. The campus features serene spaces like the Rendina Family Healing Garden with its cascading waterfall and reflective labyrinth, a quiet chapel, and is a member of CommonSpirit Health, offering opportunities for professional growth across over 2,200 care sites in 24 states.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
- BSN required for Magnet Hospital
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Other credentials or credential modules may be required
Pay
$54.76 - $81.45 per hour
