Manager Nurse - ICU

Position Details

Location: Wesley Chapel Hospital, Wesley Chapel, FL
Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• Experience: One of the following experience combinations is required:
  • 3 years of RN experience and 2 years of healthcare leadership experience;
  • 1 year of nursing leadership experience with an MSN and RN Certification;
  • 2 years of Nursing Professional Development Practitioner or Clinical Educator experience and 6 months of Assistant Nurse Manager experience.

Required Credentials

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Credentials

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Unit Specific)
• Nursing Specialty Certification
