About the role

Otis is recruiting a talented new equipment Field Leader to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume modernization projects within the San Francisco territory.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage installation projects
• Manage administrative and material tasks
• Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors
• Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics, and quality risks
• Work closely with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections for smooth project completion
• Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability

Requirements

• Elevator industry experience is required
• High school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years)
• Experience with the elevator and building trades
• Safety is your top priority
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen

Pay

The salary range for this role is $155,000–$165,000. Pay within the range will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
