About the role
This role will lead the handling of medical information inquiries and escalations, ensuring healthcare professionals and internal partners receive accurate, timely, and scientifically sound responses. The manager will play a key role in translating medical and clinical data into clear communication that supports product launches and strengthens customer engagement. This position also helps improve medical communication processes, monitors literature trends, and partners cross-functionally to enhance the quality and consistency of scientific support.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical information inquiries and escalations, researching, responding, and documenting accordingly
- Provide accurate clinical and scientific information to healthcare professionals and internal teams
- Create and maintain standard response documents within the medical information content management system
- Evaluate and communicate customer needs and market trends to stakeholders
- Support product launches through development of medical information materials
- Enhance medical communication services by streamlining current processes
- Stay updated on medical literature to inform clinical trends and product impact
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist with clinical skills
- Preferred experience in home infusion pharmacy
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong familiarity with the company's products and competitive products
- Exceptional medical writing and communication skills
- Proficient in analyzing medical literature and data
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations concerning medical communications
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong follow-through
