What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and optimization of marketing workflows across traditional and digital channels, including owning intake processes and establishing clear, scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee day-to-day operations across key marketing platforms and vendors (Hubspot, CRM, Aprimo, Google, print/signage)
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure optimal workflows and turnaround times, resolving roadblocks where necessary
- Deliver operational and performance reporting to support decision-making, while ensuring accurate data and strong lead tracking across campaigns
- Manage and develop Marketing Operations team member(s)
- Lead with an innovation and AI-mindset, seeking opportunities to leverage automation and AI to drive operational efficiency by transforming manual processes where relevant
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Proven ability to improve processes and manage cross-functional workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and efficiency
- Experience with marketing platforms and tools (CRM, HubSpot, automation, analytics)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through influence with a high degree of accountability
