Duties
- Drive actionable insights from marketing data and work cross-functionally to improve marketing channel ROI.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate insights and recommendations.
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, and finance teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Own marketing data infrastructure, including attribution models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization to influence strategic decisions.
- Evaluate marketing technology and tools for data collection, automation, and reporting improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study with 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Alternatively, Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study with 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Experience in marketing Analytics, managerial or lead roles, and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as CRM, email, social media, and web and marketing automation tools like Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with statistical techniques such as time-series forecasting and marketing attribution models.

Work Schedule
This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work 2 days per week from home within a reasonable commuting distance of Newark, Delaware.
