Carvana sells cars through a hassle‑free, no‑pressure, no‑haggle online experience, offering 360° vehicle views and delivery via car haulers or vending machines. The Market Operations team operates in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, values bright individuals who roll up their sleeves, mentor others, juggle multiple projects, and thrive on diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork
• Oversee customer experience and employee experience
• Lead community outreach programs
• Mentor and train team members
• Make autonomous decisions with strong judgment
• Maintain a direct link to leadership at Carvana’s home office in Phoenix
• Help promote Carvana’s life‑changing product and develop a world‑class team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Capable of high and low levels of movement: reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat
• Ability to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs
• Frequent driving requiring excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to remain stationary for up to 3 hours at a time while driving
• Frequent communication with customers, exchanging accurate information
