About the Role

Bloomingdale's is seeking a highly energetic support associate to join our Personal Shopping Team. As a Bloomingdale's Personal Shopping Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the appearance of our store, creating a neat, clean, and organized shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Uphold all Bloomingdale's OUTSTANDING presentation standards
• Offer customer service to internal and external customers
• Greet all customers promptly and deliver "friendly and attentive service"
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of merchandise—the features and benefits
• Locate pre-sold merchandise for customers as needed
• Provide additional selling support assignments according to business needs
• Flexibility with schedule, dependent upon business needs

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required, though 1-2 years of related experience is preferred
• Possesses drive, is goal-oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures
• A team player who thrives in a learning environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Poised, polished, and professional demeanor
