Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Privacy Program Manager to enhance the Privacy Program
• Manage compliance with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
• Conduct reviews on privacy risks and help teams mitigate them
• Support Vendor Review Program from a privacy perspective
• Establish and operate the AI governance program
• Maintain an inventory of AI systems and use cases
• Monitor AI regulatory landscape and update programs accordingly
• Oversee strategic legal initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years in legal project/program management focused on privacy and/or AI governance
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Robust project management, time-management, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and operational results
• Experience operating autonomously across teams
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulations is a plus

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
