Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of learning professionals
- Create an environment that fosters continuous learning and personal growth
- Guide team and project calls with an emphasis on engagement and alignment
- Represent the Technology L&D team in cross-departmental committees
- Lead the implementation of learning programs for technology initiatives
- Oversee training quality and ensure high instructional standards
- Track and analyze training metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Business, Education, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years in corporate adult learning and training delivery
- At least three years of people leadership and complex project management experience
- Proven oversight of training for large-scale technology implementations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and tracking metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
