Responsibilities
- Manage process redesign and change‑management projects for our internal project portfolio across business applications.
- Prepare project plans and status reports, and track progress on the projects.
- Document current business process flows and problem statements.
- Facilitate cross‑functional/interdepartmental requirements gathering and solution design.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on projects, applying industry best practices.
- Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced and proficient in process documentation and requirements gathering.
- Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to perform independently while driving continuous improvement.
- Detail‑oriented with an understanding of the “big picture.”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; effective on high‑performance teams.
- Self‑starter, action‑oriented, with strong schedule recognition.
- Comfortable working in an intensely deadline‑oriented environment.
- Experience in application software implementation and project management.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Financials (desired).
- Experience with SDLC, PMI and/or Agile methodology.
- Understanding of on‑premise, cloud, and SaaS systems.
- PMP certification (desirable but not required).
Pay
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $110,000 – $125,000 annually, plus bonus depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
