Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the clinical laboratory
• Assuring compliance with regulatory agencies
• Directing activities related to performance improvement and promoting continuing education
• Preparing laboratory financial reports
• Conducting departmental meetings

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree or an Associate Degree with 30 accredited hours of related sciences and 5 years clinical laboratory experience performing diagnostic clinical laboratory tests
• Experience: 5 years of clinical laboratory supervisory experience preferred
