About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Serve as an IT SOX subject matter expert, guiding compliance efforts
- Collaborate with the business SOX PMO to assess SOX readiness for new changes
- Maintain and enhance control documentation including flowcharts and matrices
- Facilitate IT control walkthroughs and address control deficiencies
- Coordinate with auditors throughout the SOX audit cycle, providing clear positions
- Review SOC reports and manage the key report testing program
- Identify automation opportunities and monitor emerging risks, including AI implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, accounting, or related field
- IT audit and SOX compliance experience with knowledge of ITGCs and ITACs
- Certification as CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP is required
- Experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry is essential
- Proficiency with governance, risk, compliance tools, and preferably AuditBoard
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to leverage AI tools in compliance processes

Pay
$115,000 – $194,000 annually
