About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your contributions will make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Passion for making a difference in people's lives.
Skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred but not required.
