Manager, IPv4 Lease Operations
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the leasing operations business unit within Hilco Streambank.
- Optimize workflows, streamline processes from client registration, IP onboarding, contract negotiations, IP delegation, monitor to closing, and implement automation to create a seamless, self-sustaining leasing platform.
- Establish and expand the IPv4 lease operations unit by designing a seamless end-to-end workflow for IPv4 leasing, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Lead automation initiatives to develop a self-sustaining leasing platform, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing operational speed with web development engineers.
- Collaborate with lessees, lessors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth lease transactions.
- Provide expert guidance on IPv4 delegation and routing, while managing contract and terms negotiations.
- Review, update, and draft legal language in leasing agreements to enhance business operations and improve contractual clarity for IPv4 leasing.
- Monitor competitors in the IPv4 leasing industry and stay informed on trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation in leasing operations.
Requirements
- A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience as a Transfer Analyst or related occupation.
- Employment experience with: Processing IPv4 transfers by navigating and querying the ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, and LACNIC databases.
- Consulting clients on IP delegation, creating RPKI and ROAs, and managing reassignment, reallocation, rDNS, and geolocation updates.
- Reviewing and analyzing IP reputation reports and announcements on FullCtrl, RIPEstat, IRRexplorer, and Mxtoolbox and guiding clients on cleaning IPs and removing applicable announcements and routes.
- Advising clients on updating route objects on all Internet Routing Registries (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC), RADB, Level 3, and NTTCOM.
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers an annual base salary of $150,550, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
