About the role

The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets and be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team. The role will have significant exposure to senior management as they prepare for external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement and monitoring; financial and data analysis; earnings and presentation preparation; external conferences and meetings.
• Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Align with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, collaborative, and proactive to respond to management’s needs
• Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience
• Knowledge of Carrier Business Units
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
