Manager, Investor Relations

About the role

The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets of the Investor Relations team and serve as a key contributor with significant exposure to senior management as they prepare for external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement, monitoring, financial and data analysis, earnings and presentation preparation, and external conferences and meetings.
• Act as a key supporter of the earnings process, including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Align with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly motivated, collaborative, and proactive in responding to management’s needs
• Finance degree or MBA, with sell‑side research or buy‑side experience
• Knowledge of Carrier Business Units
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands

Pay

The annual salary for this position ranges from $96,000.00 to $192,000.00, based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications.

Other Compensation

• Short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
