Manager, International Accounting

For our client, we are seeking a Manager International Accounting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily, weekly, and monthly US GAAP accounting tasks for the acquisition Own the month-end close process, reviewing account reconciliations and posting journal entries Review team outputs for accuracy and efficiency improvements Verify intercompany transactions and eliminations Assist the Australian team with statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors Enhance accounting documentation, policies, and internal controls Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act key controls Qualifications 7+ years of experience in accounting, ideally with Big-4 experience Strong expertise in US GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA or active progress toward CPA certification preferred Experience managing international entities and dealing with multiple currencies Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Benefits Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) 401k benefits with employer matching contribution Offsite team retreats Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
