Responsibilities
- Drive a research agenda & analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition
- Develop and refine compelling value propositions, market-facing messaging, and core narratives that clearly articulate product & feature benefits that meet customer needs and are differentiated from competitors
- Translate business objectives and consumer insights into powerful creative briefs that inspire our internal creative teams and external agency partners to develop best-in-class advertising
- Craft clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging hierarchies and narratives that resonate with our target audiences and can be adapted across a variety of marketing channels
- Define the key strategic questions we need to answer, develop hypotheses, and partner with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover insights that will fuel future marketing efforts
- Develop a roadmap that outlines all planned marketing activities across all segments & products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy and others to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across the entire marketing ecosystem
Requirements
- Hands on strategic planning experience for multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in marketing consumer products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience writing insightful creative briefs and leading the creative development process from concept to execution
- A collaborative spirit and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising
- At least 2 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Benefits
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $138,100 - $173,400 annually.
