Manager, Insurance & Risk Management – Energy & Digital Infrastructure

About the role

The Manager, Insurance & Risk Management will be responsible for managing the insurance and risk management functions within the Energy & Digital Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the organization.
• Manage insurance programs including procurement, negotiation, and administration.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in insurance and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to insurance and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and risk management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in managing large-scale insurance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims handling, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in risk management or insurance preferred (e.g., ARM, CERA).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
