Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage training initiatives for enterprise clinical systems like Epic

  • Analyze training metrics to refine materials and delivery methods
  • Drive change and continuous improvement in training practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in healthcare, education technology, or curriculum development
  • 2+ years in significant IT implementation or support
  • Bachelor's in IT, Business Admin, or related field; preferred Master's (MBA/MPH)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale learning projects
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices
