Responsibilities
- Lead and manage training initiatives for enterprise clinical systems like Epic
- Develop role-based training curricula, including job aids and competency assessments
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness
- Analyze training metrics to refine materials and delivery methods
- Drive change and continuous improvement in training practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare, education technology, or curriculum development
- 2+ years in significant IT implementation or support
- Bachelor's in IT, Business Admin, or related field; preferred Master's (MBA/MPH)
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale learning projects
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices
