Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant advisory or project development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High energy, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (sponsorship not available).
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of developing client solutions while mentoring team members in a fast‑paced environment.
