Manager, Information Technology

Overview

Seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee day-to-day technology operations within a dynamic organization that specializes in identity intelligence solutions. This pivotal role manages a skilled three-person team and handles both infrastructure and project workflows across on-premises and cloud environments, including vendor relations and compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IT with at least 4 years in a management role
• Proven leadership with hands-on approach
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware)
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking (802.1q, DNS, DHCP, Gateways)
• Skilled in cloud environments, especially AWS
• Knowledge of Active Directory, server patching, updates, and maintenance
• Proficiency with mobile device management platforms and endpoint security
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Linux server maintenance and Docker-based solutions
• Familiarity with UniFi network infrastructure and VLAN configuration
• Knowledge of facilities-adjacent IT responsibilities such as A/V systems and power management
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and local office business continuity strategies

Preferred Education and Experience

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry experience may substitute for formal education
