Manager Information Security - USFHP

About the role

Oversees day-to-day operations and staff of the Security team. Prioritizes workloads of the group and acts in a supervisory role. Develops security policy and procedures, ensures compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and DIACAP.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage workload of the Security team
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and DIACAP
• Manage and train security staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT technical and managerial experience
• 3 years of managing technical and/or security staff
• Demonstrated experience developing customer service work processes in the area of technology

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISA, CHP, CHSS, GIAC, MCSE, MCSA certifications
• Experience in a healthcare IT setting
