Manager Information Security & Risk Management - Cloud Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations including hiring and performance management
• Plan and implement departmental policies and programs
• Oversee project management for process improvement
• Lead the department through organizational change
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Facilitate training and awareness programs for security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in Information Security or related fields
• Experience in presenting security concepts to diverse audiences
• 1-3 years in leadership and mentoring roles
• 1-3 years in staff management and strategic execution

• $129,100 – $214,500 annually
