Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of IT Security Engineers, actively participating in project deployments
- Drive Customer Zero initiatives by implementing security platforms before market launch
- Manage cross-functional security projects from inception to execution, ensuring integration with IT and networking groups
- Establish and monitor enterprise-grade IT security standards across various environments
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Zero Trust frameworks, optimizing policies and access control
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT security engineering or a related field, including 2+ years managing technical teams
- Experience with Zero Trust solutions, identity verification, and role-based access control
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and security challenges
- Strong knowledge in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking
- Prominent track record of leading technology rollouts across large organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical aspects for various audiences
