Manager, Infor WMS - Business Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Infor WMS - Business Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead warehouse management consulting engagements that help clients improve operational performance across complex supply chain environments. You will partner with client stakeholders to guide implementation strategy, system configuration, and end-to-end project execution. The position also supports process improvement efforts, trusted advisor relationships, and business development through subject matter expertise in warehouse management solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Advise clients on effective warehouse management strategies to improve business outcomes. Serve as the lead consultant for implementation projects. Configure the warehouse management application for client-specific needs. Oversee deployment and customization of warehouse management systems to fit business processes. Manage the full project lifecycle of warehouse management initiatives from planning to post-implementation support. Drive process improvements across multiple business functions in collaboration with clients. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enhance project success. Qualifications At least 6 years of consulting experience or 4+ years in warehouse management system implementation across relevant industries. Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management business functions. Experience in supply chain management within global technology consulting, retail, or logistics sectors. Desire to expand knowledge in warehousing, transportation, and logistics. Recognized as a subject matter expert in warehouse management solutions with proven thought leadership skills. Established network of senior industry professionals for business development opportunities. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred.
