Visit us at https://www.porsche-consulting.com/us-en/home/ ResponsibilitiesIdentifies exciting project opportunities with some of the largest companies across multiple industries: Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles as well as through Private Equity investorsLeads business development within the industries by creating, presenting and executing exceptional project proposalsLeads delivery of consulting projects and transformational programs creating tangible impact and client excitementDrives the innovative problem solving and change management work in client engagementsManages client and Porsche Consulting project team members toward joint project goals and deliverablesConverts project results into measurable business casesPrepares and runs steering committee level executive presentationsServes as primary point of contact for client executivesProvides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team membersEnhances and trains unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and toolsProvides content for thought leadership pieces, business development content and similar marketing materials Qualifications: Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Operations Management, or Engineering and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher educationHands-on experience in Strategy and/or Operations ManagementHigh level of business acumen and consultative expertiseIndustry experience in Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles industryPrivate Equity experience a plusMinimum 7 years of total professional experience in management consultingMinimum 3 years of professional experience in business developmentAdditional corporate experience a plusGoal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementationSecond language fluency in Spanish, French, and/or German a plusStrong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
