About the role

Let's Play Soccer offers various positions including General Manager, Manager in Training, Staff, and Maintenance and Cleaning roles across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • General Manager: Oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Manager in Training: Learn from experienced managers, assist in managing teams, and gain hands-on experience.
  • Staff: Provide customer service, maintain facilities, and assist with game day operations.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure facilities are clean and in good condition, perform routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • General Manager: Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Manager in Training: High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and work under supervision.
  • Staff: High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Physical fitness, ability to lift heavy objects, and familiarity with cleaning equipment.

  • General Manager: Proven leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Manager in Training: Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
