About the role

Our Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed for all team leaders in the store, from those finishing school and ready to start in management to experienced managers looking to join Domino’s. The program provides future leaders with the tools and training needed to become highly effective Domino’s managers, offering a clear advancement path within the company.

Most inside team members will begin in this role, progressing through the program at their own pace. Each step comes with new responsibilities, higher pay, and skill development opportunities, potentially leading to a General Manager position where you can lead your own store.

Online and in-classroom training classes are available, along with periodic evaluations to assess progress, offer guidance, and determine raises or promotions. Many team members have advanced from roles like Delivery Drivers or Customer Service Representatives to become successful General Managers, Supervisors, or even franchise owners.
