About the role
The MIT (Manager in Training) program at Domino's Pizza is designed for team leaders, including those who are finishing school and starting in management, and those with years of experience looking to join the Domino's team. The program provides essential training and tools for future Domino's Managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform all the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
- Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team during your shift, managing a staff of 3 to 30 people.
- A stellar attitude and motivational skills to ensure the team is in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing.
- A great role model with high standards for yourself and the team.
- At least 17 years old.
