About the role

Launch your leadership career with the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week hands-on experience designed to build operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. This role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership path at Mister Car Wash, offering a clear trajectory toward the Operations Lead position and beyond to Assistant General Manager.

You’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, lead daily operations, grow sales and leadership skills, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.

• Ability to lead by example, take ownership, and maintain high standards.
• Motivation and goal-orientation, even in a fast-paced environment.
