Responsibilities
- Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members
- Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, safety requirements
- Drive best practices through the organization and leads process improvement
- Address service or customer issues of an operational nature
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
