Manager - Imaging/Radiology

About the role

Seeking a Manager of Imaging and Radiology to lead a large multidisciplinary department in a modern healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, budgets, staffing, supply orders, and equipment issues.
• Oversee 60–75% of department staff, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve member concerns.
• Monitor exam volumes, resource needs, and submit business and capital cases.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of radiologic or sonography experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Graduation from an accredited imaging program or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer registration.
• Knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation processes, and healthcare systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and financial skills.

Preferred skills

• Availability for on-call support.
• Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Office.
• Additional disciplines registration and advanced degrees are advantageous.
