About the role
Seeking an experienced Radiology & Imaging Manager to lead a large multidisciplinary department in a modern healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and manage budgets
- Approve PTO and handle supply orders
- Resolve member concerns
- Manage 60-75% of department staff
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Ensure equipment functionality
- Monitor exam volumes and access
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist or similar role
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports
- Education from an accredited imaging program or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications such as Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or Radiologic Technologist
