About the role

Lead the engineering team building the support experiences that make millions of advertisers confident and competent with Amazon Ads — owning the strategic direction, 1-2 year roadmap, and system architecture for products that are contextually relevant, easy to discover, and predictive of users' needs. You'll combine technical depth with strong people leadership to grow engineers, shape team culture, and deliver meaningful business impact. The Ad Services team builds support experiences integrated into the advertiser's workflow — carefully balanced between self-service options and personalized assistance, context-aware, and designed to drive end-user productivity regardless of prior experience or knowledge. You will own the full software lifecycle for your team's systems — from design and architecture through deployment and ongoing operations. You'll define roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals
