Responsibilities

  • Define and execute personalized player experience strategies for Casino and Golden Nugget brands
  • Own on-site player journey performance, optimizing engagement and revenue
  • Develop and adapt merchandising strategies using customer insights and behavior data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and new customer experiences
  • Lead experimentation strategies by designing and evaluating A/B tests
  • Work with Sportsbook and Lottery teams to create cross-platform customer experiences
  • Partner with Game Operations to refine game merchandising and content strategies
  • Introduce innovative features and capabilities to enhance the casino experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in iGaming or digital consumer business, with a focus on casino operations
  • Experience in developing personalization and customer experience strategies with measurable impacts
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and insights to drive decisions
  • Proven track record collaborating with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships
