Responsibilities
- Define and execute personalized player experience strategies for Casino and Golden Nugget brands
- Own on-site player journey performance, optimizing engagement and revenue
- Develop and adapt merchandising strategies using customer insights and behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and new customer experiences
- Lead experimentation strategies by designing and evaluating A/B tests
- Work with Sportsbook and Lottery teams to create cross-platform customer experiences
- Partner with Game Operations to refine game merchandising and content strategies
- Introduce innovative features and capabilities to enhance the casino experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in iGaming or digital consumer business, with a focus on casino operations
- Experience in developing personalization and customer experience strategies with measurable impacts
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and insights to drive decisions
- Proven track record collaborating with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships
