Manager, Human Resources, Compliance & IT

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage administration and human resources staff and activities, to include:
- Policies, procedures, and associate forms
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Labor and fringe cost budgets
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Administering the time off policies (PTO, STD, LTD, FMLA, etc.)
- Job description updates
- Performance review program
- Training
- Corporate citizenship
- Well-being program
- Employee relations, engagement, and satisfaction
- Coordinates IT related activities with MMNA and oversees execution and maintenance of service agreements.
- Facilitates information security awareness training for personnel.
- Facilitates audit activities with internal and external partners.
- Supervises the ongoing operations of the helpdesk, providing quality and timely support to employees concerning hardware and software needs.
- Assists in the development and coordination of business continuity and disaster recovery activities in alignment with MMNA and MMC.
- Oversee IT related aspects of all construction and renovation projects, including acquisitions.
- Manages all business process compliance activities as directed by senior management.
- Assist corporate compliance officer in investigations, as necessary.
- Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
- Work with department managers to review departmental policies for compliance issues
- Participates as a member of the Internal Control Committee (ICC) for maintenance of compliance efforts and regular reporting to MMC.
Requirements
- Four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources Administration, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of human resources experience.
- 5+ years supervisory experience.
- General understanding of employment law.
- Experience in the management of Information Technology is a plus.
- Experience with compliance activities.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
