Job Summary
Comcast Business is seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Manager (HR Business Partner) to support leaders and teams across our Strategic Enterprise and Global Sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders across Strategic Enterprise and Global Sales.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth, revenue objectives, and organizational priorities.
- Consult on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Leverage business insights and workforce data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that drive organizational performance.
- Leadership Coaching & Employee Relations
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leaders to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Ensure consistent application of employment policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify workforce needs and execute hiring strategies.
- Assess organizational capability and develop plans to strengthen talent pipelines and leadership readiness.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team effectiveness.
- Compensation, Sales Incentives & Performance Management
- Partner with Sales Compensation, Finance, and business leadership to ensure sales organizations are aligned with the appropriate compensation structures, incentive plans, Target Incentive Compensation (TIC), quota assignments, and territory designs.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on compensation-related matters, including organizational changes, promotions, role alignment, workforce planning, and sales force design, while ensuring consistency with company compensation philosophy and internal equity practices.
- Collaborate with leaders during annual planning cycles, organizational restructures, and talent reviews to ensure employees are appropriately aligned to compensation plans and performance expectations.
- Leverage workforce and compensation data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and support talent strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and business performance.
- HR Programs & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
- Support the implementation of enterprise HR programs and initiatives across assigned client groups.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the employee and leadership experience.
- Act as a change champion by helping leaders navigate organizational and business transformation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations, or equivalent HR experience.
- Experience supporting leaders within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, and employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex business and people challenges.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise sales, strategic account, global sales, or other revenue-generating organizations with a strong understanding of sales compensation programs, incentive design, quota structures, and Target Incentive Compensation (TIC) models.
- Experience partnering with Sales Compensation and Finance teams on organizational planning, compensation alignment, and sales workforce design.
- Experience within telecommunications, technology, SaaS, consulting, or other large corporate environments.
- Organizational design, workforce planning, and change management experience.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
