Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement.
- Coach managers to ensure accountability, documentation consistency, and fair application of standards.
- Coordinate and support training initiatives that build workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and compliance readiness.
- Identify site-level development needs and promote continuous learning.
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Maintain HRIS (Workday) data integrity and support reporting and audits as needed.
- Implement HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor workforce trends and partner with leadership to support productivity, retention, and operational success.
- Support HR practices within a 3-shift manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure alignment with company standards and global practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or HR certification; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with program designs, implementation and change management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR technologies and systems, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Workday experience a plus.
