Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement.
  • Coach managers to ensure accountability, documentation consistency, and fair application of standards.
  • Coordinate and support training initiatives that build workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and compliance readiness.
  • Identify site-level development needs and promote continuous learning.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Maintain HRIS (Workday) data integrity and support reporting and audits as needed.
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor workforce trends and partner with leadership to support productivity, retention, and operational success.
  • Support HR practices within a 3-shift manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure alignment with company standards and global practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or HR certification; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with program designs, implementation and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR technologies and systems, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Workday experience a plus.
